Exchange & Store Credit Policy

·        Exchange Policy:

o   You can exchange an item for a different size within 24 hours of delivery.

o   The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.

o   If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer store credit instead of an exchange.

o   One-time Exchange: Once an item is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged a second time.

·        Store Credit:

o   Store credit will be issued within 48 hours after the returned item is received and inspected.

o   Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used towards future purchases.

o   The store credit amount will be for the sale price of the returned product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

·        Refund Policy

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

    • Wrong or Damaged Products: If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will offer an exchange or store credit, subject to verification and quality check by our team.
    • Condition: In case of damaged products, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and opening videos showing the issue.
    • Misprints & Color Variations: Minor color differences or misprints are not considered defects and will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
    • Care Instructions: Please note that hand washing a product that is intended to be dry cleaned may result in color running. In such cases, we will not be responsible for any refunds or exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

  • No Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, we do not accept any cancellations.
    • Please review your cart carefully before placing the order to ensure all items and details are correct.

Shipping & Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the exchanged item is received and inspected, the new size will be shipped to you.
  • Third-Party Courier: We partner with a third-party courier service. While we assist in resolving issues at the earliest, there may be situations beyond our control.
